TERMS AND CONDITIONS


These terms and conditions, together with the general terms and conditions of Singapore Airlines which are available at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/us/travel-info,will apply to each personwho makespayment for booking a seat in theprivate chartered flight that we are organising to carry passengers fromIndia (Delhi) to Australia (Sydney) on or around 29 April 2020 (Flight).
Before you make the payment, please read these terms and conditions carefully.Once you makethe payment, youunconditionally accept those terms and conditions.

REGISTRATION

We will use platforms such as Eventbrite or Jotform to register your details. Please pay utmost attention when providing us the particulars of the passengers. You will be responsible to provide accurate information about the passengers and their details. If any information is found to be inaccurate which results in that passenger not being allowed to board the Flight, we will not be responsible, and this will not be a ground to seek refund of the ticket price.
Please ensure you check the details of all passengers in the electronic tickets issued to you. If there is any error, please let us know as soon as possible. If we require any further information from you, you are responsible to provide that information within the time period conveyed to you.

PAYMENT

Currently, we are accepting payment by way of bank transfers only. We are putting in place a payment system which will allow credit card payments as well. All money will be collected into an account held by Sai Sharnam Pty Ltd ABN 31 154 008 812.
Payment should be made only if you satisfy our selection criteria. Once you make the payment, please provide us the proof of payment. Following receipt of cleared funds into our bank account, we will issue an electronic ticket to you.
Making payment does not mean that you have a confirmed booking in the Flight. Your booking will not be confirmed unless we issue an electronic ticket to you.

AUSTRALIAN VISA

Please check the status of your Australian visa, and of all other passengers covered by your booking, before making the payment. Your entry into Australia must comply with the visa guidelines issued by the Australian High Commission. If you make the payment but you are not eligible for entry into Australia, you will be refused boarding and no refund will be issued.
TRAVEL PERMITS AND TRANSPORATION WITHIN INDIA
For any information on travel permits within India or other similar requirements, please contact the Australian High Commission in India. No refund will be issued if you are unable to board the flight for any reason, including your inability to obtain travel permits from the Indian authorities, lack of transport arrangements within India or failure to clear the Covid 19 health screening at the airport of departure.

CHANGES TO THE FLIGHT

In relation to the Flight, the date of departure, the city of departure orthe city of arrival, can change for reasons beyond our control. No request for refund will be entertained unless the charter company is unable to operate the flight on the scheduled date mentioned in the electronic ticket issued to you.

SEAT ALLOCATION

We retain complete discretion to finalsethe seat allocations in the Flight. Preference will be given to vulnerable passengers.
INFANTS AND CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS
Infant passenger information is still required and a valid passport or visa and permission to enter Australia for infants is still mandatory, including in the case where a child has been born in India to Australian parents.It is a requirement of theFlight that there is a minimum of one travelling adult for each travelling infant under 2 years.
Children under 18 years must be accompanied on the flight by their parent or guardian.

PREGNANT WOMEN

Pregnant women who are more than 28 weeks pregnant are not permitted on this flight unless they satisfy the flying requirements of Singapore Airlines, see https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/us/travel-info/special-assistance/expectant-women.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

Checked baggage up to a maximum of 30 kgs per passenger, and cabinbaggage up to 7kgs per passenger. Any excess luggage will not be allowed on the Flight. For more information on this see https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/us/travel-info/baggage/baggage-allowance/.

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY

Our liability to you is limited to the refundof ticket price if the charter company is unable to operate the flight on the scheduled date of departure mentioned in the electronic ticket issued to you. Since we do not intend to make any profit from organising this rescue operation, we will not be liable for any other claim including for the negligence or fault, if any, of the flight operator.

SYMPTOMS

Finally, if you are exhibiting any of the following symptom(s) - dry cough, sneezing, or fever, please do not purchase a ticket, even if you have tested negative for COVID-19 because it is highly likely that you would be denied boarding by Indian government officials at the airport. In this case, you should contact the Australian High Commission in Delhi or the consulate in Mumbai or Chennai.

JURISDICTION

Any dispute or claim pertaining to the operation of these terms and conditions will be governed exclusively by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
